Description

Easy lasagna photoLasagna ... what a magical name! Everyone likes them and they are very easy to do. The best ones? Those made entirely at home! However, you don't always have time to prepare home-made pasta, a ragù "with an excellent smell" and a bechamel sauce with fresh milk.. But for those who have counted minutes, it is not necessary to put on your shoes, leave the house and go to the nearest rotisserie.

So what is the alternative for those with limited time? Dieting!!! ...BUT NOOOOO, absolutely... in case "speed up" the procedure!

Just keep at home always available lasagne sheets that do not require pre-cooking, jars of ready-made meat sauce, some slices and a pack of bechamel. Truly child's play!!!

Prepare these lasagne very fast and easy in the company of the little ones, it will be great fun for everyone!

Ingredients

  • A pack of lasagna (about 6 sheets)
  • 2 packs of ready-made meat sauce
  • 4 or 6 sliced cheese
  • 500 ml of bechamel sauce ready
  • Grated parmesan
  • Flakes of butter
  • Baked ham (optional)

Preparation

  1. Spread a little béchamel and meat sauce on the bottom of the pan. Place the first sheets (cut the excess part). Season the layer with béchamel sauce, meat sauce and half slices. Continue the second layer in the same way.
  2. First layer with béchamel, ragù and puff pastry Seasoning with béchamel sauce, meat sauce and slices
  3. Continue the layers alternating sheets of pasta, béchamel sauce, meat sauce, slices of cheese and a spoonful of grated Parmesan. If you like, you can also occasionally add a slice of cooked ham.
  4. Overlap of the other sheets Seasoning with béchamel sauce, ragù, slices of cheese and parmesan
  5. On the last layer it abounds with béchamel, meat sauce, and especially with parmesan. Add a few flakes of butter and bake at 180°C in a static oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
  6. Last layer with béchamel, meat sauce, parmesan and flakes of butter Baked lasagna, still hot
