Who doesn't like potato croquettes? So here is a very easy recipe :-)

Ingredients

  • 35,27 oz (1 kg) of potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • A mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan q.s.
  • Bread crumbs q.s.
  • Butter q.s.
  • Fry oil q.s.
  • Salt q.s.

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them well.
  2. Season them with salt, parmesan, a knob of butter and an egg. Mix everything well and form balls (not too small). Put a piece of mozzarella in it, pass them in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the bread crumbs.
  3. Bowl with all the ingredients to make the croquettes Croquettes ready to be cooked
  4. Fry in hot oil and serve hot. They will succeed perfectly!
