Light, without frying or elaborate elements, extremely easy to make. A recipe to prepare on any occasion, especially when you don't want to dirty the kitchen. Just put everything in the oven ... and you're done!

Ingredients

  • 5 zucchini
  • Breadcrumb q.s.
  • 3-4 spoons of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • Parsley q.s.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash and remove the courgette tips. Cut it in half in the direction of the width, then again in half in the direction of the length and finally in strips more or less the size of a finger.
  2. Courgettes washed, peeled and being prepared Zucchini cut into strips
  3. Prepare the breadcrumbs flavored with garlic, salt, parsley, parmesan and pepper. Dip the strips of lightly oiled courgettes and put in a baking pan. Pour the remaining breadcrumbs over it.
