Apple pie with oil recipeHere is your favourite apple pie, light, no butter, easy and soft. A simplified version that does not require planetary or special instruments, you don't have to cut the apples into slices or anything else. Just peel the apples, cut them into chunks and dip them in the "mix and bake" dough, without whipping egg whites or melting the butter upstream.

Use the oil you prefer, even an olive oil, but remember that it will be present in the final taste. If you prefer a more delicate taste, choose a sunflower oil or soy oil.

You can use any kind of apple and, for those who do not like the pieces under the teeth, you can opt for the variant with the apple grated or cut into very small pieces. In addition, the presence of cinnamon will give perfume and flavor without ever taking over.

Ingredients

  • 3 large apples
  • 3 medium size eggs
  • 10,5 oz (300 g) of flour 0
  • 7 oz (200 g) of sugar

Preparation

  1. Wash the apples thoroughly, peel and cut them into pieces. To prevent oxidation, squeeze half a lemon and mix the pieces with your hands.
