Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 stracchino cheese
- 5 or 6 cubes of frozen spinach
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Pepper
Preparation
- Cook the spinach in a pan with a little water (follow the instructions on the package).
- Unroll the puff pastry, spread the cheese, then evenly distribute the spinach and the chopped eggs. Add some grated Parmesan cheese and pepper.
- Roll it up gently and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly and serve in 2–3 cm thick slices.
