Who doesn't like potato croquettes? So here is a very easy recipe :-)
Ingredients
- 35,27 oz (1 kg) of potatoes
- 2 eggs
- A mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan q.s.
- Bread crumbs q.s.
- Butter q.s.
- Fry oil q.s.
- Salt q.s.
Preparation
- Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them well.
- Season them with salt, parmesan, a knob of butter and an egg. Mix everything well and form balls (not too small). Put a piece of mozzarella in it, pass them in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the bread crumbs.
- Fry in hot oil and serve hot. They will succeed perfectly!
